AgileApps Cloud platform is a Dynamic Case Management platform that lets you define and evolve Processes, and lets Case Agents create ad hoc procedures, or Multi Step Tasks, when those processes don't quite fit. It includes a built-in ServiceDesk application, centered around a comprehensive Cases Object and a cast of supporting objects, all of which can be thoroughly customized. And it features an intuitive, interactive interface, as described in these pages:

Underlying the AgileApps Cloud platform case management platform is a database in the cloud and a powerful APaaS (Application Platform as a Service) that lets you build an fully-fledged application in a matter of days, rather than months--applications that are driven by processes and that support collaboration. And because the applications run in the cloud, you don't have to worry about scalability, backups, database administration, network administration, upgrades, or maintenance!
