Also called a User ID, this is a unique set of characters that identifies a user, and allows access to a shared computer program, system, or network.
Generally, a user email address is used as the User ID. Users are provided a unique password to allow entry into the AgileApps Cloud platform.
Considerations
- Some user names are reserved for internal purposes. Such user names cannot be used for creating or updating the user. This condition is applicable for both LongJump and AgileApps. The user names that cannot be used are:
- open_ownership
- system
- self_service_portal
- web_site
- customersupport@relationals.com
- Guestuser
